Unable to start zabbix_server in solaris 10

Hi all: Im new to unix and zabbix. I'm running under solaris 10 on an ultra II, net-snmp 5.2.2, zabbix-1.1beta4, mysql-debug-5.0.17-solaris10-sparc-64bit

After installing net-snmp 5.2.2 from source i was able to install zabbix. Now when trying to start zabbix I receive the following error:

# /usr/local/bin/zabbix_server
ld.so.1: /usr/local/bin/zabbix_server: fatal: libnetsnmp.so.9: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed

Can't see anyting in the zabbix log under tmp or under messages and syslog. The file exists under /usr/local/lib and it's in my path.

wrong shell or profile

make sure you are using the same shell (bash 3.00) and the same UID as when you intalled. that error will go away when you have your environment/profile set correctly.

make sure you have you LD_LIBRARY_PATH set for your profile.
