Problems with the automatic discovery

I have problems with the automatic discovery ..
I have several VLANs on my network .. and from the zabbix server ip address I have all the permits to reach each segment ..
When I create a rule of discovery takes too long to find each of the teams that segment manually or anyone has any information about this step?
Also I fail to monitor my routers (cisco) tutorial to add some routers?
