it doesnt run if i add "zabbix" to "adm" group

there is same error messagge

hi,

from what you posted earlier it will not work because group adm does not have read authority for the file
try chmod 750 auth.log, but I am not sure the system will keep that authority when/if the file gets rotated

now i check when the syslog will rotate!!
