Zabbix Icon/Map upload bug 1.8.3

Hi,

I'm trying to add icons to Zabbix WEB, but it's not possible with first try.

When I try to add icon I need to do same operation twice, because when I do it first it makes record but doesn't add image, when I edit that record and upload picture again (update image), everything works fine.

Here is when uploaded first time:


If I click on no image sign I get following error:


Same thing for uploading Maps.

your zabbix database is not utf8.

backup your db first, then:
mysql:
> alter database zabbix character set utf8;
> alter table images convert to character set utf8 collate;

It's not MySQL it's Oracle DB we are using.

DB character set is: AL32UTF8
