Mysql utilization sunday mornings

For the last few weeks right around 3am on Sunday mornings MySQL utilization shots from 20-30% cpu utilization to 100%. The load on the server climbs to 5-6x normal. Is there any type of house cleaning or scheduled tasks that occur at or near this time?

AFAIK, nothing within Zabbix.

However, I have something similar every night while we do a dump of Zabbix database. Have you some kind of backup scheduled once a week ?
