Trigger filter "Trigger Status = Problem" will not work

On "monitoring" -> "triggers" we'e set the trigger filter to "Trigger Status = Problem" but after starting the filter, triggers with state "problem" and "ok" are displayed again.

The Browser URL will look like: https://intra.zabbix.mydomain.de/tr_...ter_set=Filter

The Screen Result is like the Attached Image.
Any ideas, why the filter is failing ???

are the OK entries flashing ? if so, that's completely normal - triggers that recently changed to the OK state will blink and stay in that screen for 30 minutes to demonstrate that recent change.
