    Zabbix CPU usage

    Hi
CPU usage on zabbix server hourly is very high!and in this time, some insert queries are not inserted and then zabbix fires triggers on some items!
I think this cpu usage in hourly is related to trend processing.I add images of cpu usage.

I do not know exactly about high cou usage in this interval .

    Thanks in advance

Given the information you have given finding the problem will be next to impossible.

On the other hand you have a FANTASTIC problem which to solve. This problem is happening on a very frequent basis.

Some things to think of to help you solve it. Look at your bandwidth, does it spike too? Also if you are monitoring them, what are your disks doing? These two things can tell you a lot.

Also go pouring through your logs, /var/log/message is a very good starting point. In addition be logged into the machine when this happens and run Top, and sort the fields by cpu. When this problem happens you should see the process in question shoot to the top.

It might be Zabbix Housekeeper starting up every hour.

      Just a thought.

That is more than likely the case. I have set the housekeeping to run every 6 hours and you can see the effect oft he CPU on this.
