Hello Zabbixian,
I am having problem with availability report on Zabbix 1.8.3.
The item "server unreachable" is unknown on availability report (see screenshot). This server has been up and Zabbix agent has been running most of the time.
The current trigger for "server is unreachable" is .avg(#5)>0. However, I have tried to change the trigger to last(0) > 0 or max(#5)>0. The status of this item is still unknown on the report. This trigger is under template, so all the servers on the report have the same problem. I believe the original value was .last(0) = 2, but we got a lot of fault positive alerts. So I changed the trigger to .avg(#5) > 0.
This server on the maps had unknown status as well, however, after applying the patch from Aly (http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthre...t=15327&page=3), everything seems fine (showing "OK").
