I need some guide in this question.
I installed zabbix, but I do not understand what is the logic beewend acknowledgement in zabbix.
In a item that monitor a File System by example, if the zabbix sends a critical message and I acknowledge it . After that any critical that cames back is not send to the dashboard . Why this happen it not make sense.
Lets suppose the following situation. I have a trigger that sends one alarm at 80% of occupation of the File System.
- I acknowledge the problem and do some housekeeping
- The FS go back to "normal" state
- But the FS start to grow and goes back to 80 % of occupation
- In this scenario the critical appears as acknowledge.
Can anyone give some details about this scenario and acknowledge, and how to solve this question.
