i'm facing the problem:

people write, that die hostname and GUI name must be identical.

what's a gui name?

well the hostname of the server all zabbix agents use is:
Hostname=zabbix.mydomain.lu
( configured in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf )

The hostname in the zabbix_agentd.conf file and the hostname field in the configuration gui for the host must be the same.

If that is the case then look at agent-> server connections. Can the agent connect to the server on port 10051? Are there any firewalls in the way?

Just to reiterate Nelson, make sure the name is the same , both in characters and also case.
