You don't have permission to access /zabbix/popup.php on this server.

Under Configuration, Actions, Operations. When I click on the select user button, a popup window appears with this message. You don't have permission to access /zabbix/popup.php on this server.

      Check ACL in /path/to/webinterface
should be readable for your apache user. If not, chmod!

Sorry, ACL means file or directory permissions and ownership of file or directory.
For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.

That’s strange – that’s exactly what I thought – about remembering that “there’s a human being on the other side of the screen!! Being an amateur, even I didn’t understand what “ACL” meant and the explanation was enlightening about what exactly it meant – some new information gained – was hoping to get a feedback on whether the problem was solved!!
