"Host Last Update" & "Avaibility Percentage"

Hi
I need to new statistic about our hosts in our company.
1- Host Last Updated Time:
last time one host has been updated that can be time of last item that has been fetched.
2- Avaibility Percentage:
Avaibility Percentage of one host(not item). It means how amount of time that one host is available for zabbix server.

The reporting module should be able to help with the availability percentage. Try reading from the documentation.

As far as last updated time, you could use the zabbix_sender to send an update when an update goes in. You'd have to have other scripts/monitoring to send that when it happened, of course. SEC (simple event correlator) is useful for tailing log files and doing things like that in an automated fashion.
