Unfortunately I do not know unit of below items.:
- icmpping (I am sure that is not "ms")
- ifInOctets in cisco devices.

icmpping returns 0 (down) or 1 (Up)

if you are looking for a response time, use icmppingsec which is a float and returns the value in Seconds

ifInOctets, on any SNMP device not just Cisco, is in bytes per second [store value: Delta (speed per second)].

If you want bits per second (as most normal people do) you need to multiply by 8.
