Problem creating basic action

The server is running Zabbix 1.8.3 on RHEL 5.5. I have just started to look at creating actions, so I wanted to test out a very simple action if the server is unreachable it would send an email out. I attached a screenshot of the action. I checked under audit, but the action must not be triggered. I suspect it's probably something very simple.

seems you use the trigger of the template.
Just try to use the trigger of the server itselfe, don't know if it works with a template trigger
