Icons problem in 1.8.4

Hello all,
I just installed Zabbix 1.8.4 and imported templates, hosts, maps and screens from a previous 1.8.3 installation. However, the icons on the maps are not appearing, and error messages appear instead>

i believe images are stored in the database

Thank you. It seems like when I chose to 'update' existing icons when importing the maps, it's overwritten the existing icons with, apparently, faulty ones. Anyway, I've worked it out by dropping the whole database and reinstalling the application.
