Upgrade zabbix to 1.8.4 how to install new server binaries

Hi,

Actually, I use Zabbix 1.8.2 installed with debian backport depot.
I want to upgrade to 1.8.4, it's ok to upgrade the database.
But how I install new server binaries ?
I find them in the archive but how to compile them ?
Or should I copy the binaries and remplace the old one by the new ?
