Graph breakage

Hello,
My zabbix server is behaving abnormally, approximately daily from 9 to 12, the server stop accumulating logs. I observed that the server report is RUNNING but it did not accumulate log values and also the machine have no extra load. Its shown in the graph image attached. Any idea

are you monitoring database IO and available database threads?

Thanks for reply, no I am not. Plz tell me how to monitor database threads ? I m using mysql.
