I have PHP.ini set to my timezone which is central.
I have HW Clock set to --local time and it is correct
I set the default timezone and timezone to "AMERICA/Central" and set as default
The date shows CDT like it should but it is 6 hours off on a reboot, I tried tricking it by pushing the bios 5 hours forward comes back with the same time.
I reset the time using the date command and it will stay but eventually falls back by hours. Any ideas?
I am at the point that I am about to start this one over as it is useless to me right now with the incorrect time for reporting and monitoring.
