Action not working

Dear All,

Action for the following trigger is not work. It works for CPU usage and otehrs

Trigger:

{Template-app-02:log["/usr/isa/aares/logs-02/paymentbroker.log","SSLHandshakeException"].str(SSLHandshakeException)}=1

Template-app-02 is add for host app71

And below is the Action

Under Latest data for host app71

for Severity it says Unknown

Under Events

For Actions it says '-'

Not sure what kind of problem you have here (check user medias, user permissions for a start), but you should have condition Trigger value = Problem to make it work properly, especially if you use escalations.

Hi Alexei,

Its the Zabbix administrator group and users is Admin,

The same user gets notifications for other triggers.

BTW, I did not understand how Trigger value = Problem will work. You mean in addition to the existing trigger add this one also?

And what does Unknown for Severity means, May be coz of this its not working.
