Zabbix Multi-language Problem on Host Creating and Items Display

Hi,

I just want to create a host using my local language (Chinese) as hsot name. It warned me "Incorrect characters used for Hostname [**]" (see as pic1). Is there some help on this?

And, I tried to change my host name from English to Chinese in database directly, it seems working well on display. However, a little problem with "Items" in "Configuration", it can't display any items at all (see as pic2)... Any idea for fix that?
