    Cannot connect to [agent_ip:10050][Interrupted system call]

    Hi all,

    I've installed my Zabbix server. I want to have an agent on windows.
    So I downloaded zabbix_agentd.exe, I copied the file from the zabbix server and pasted it at the root (c. Then, in the cmd, I did zabbix_agent.exe --install and zabbix_agent.exe --start.
    But on the serveur my agent is Not available and there is the error : Cannot connect to [agent_ip:10050][Interrupted system call].
    Any idea ?

    Too, i'd like to install an agent on the same pc than the server, i launched the agent, but its availability is Unknow.

    For more informations, the server listen on port 10051 and agents on 10050? That's right ?

    Thanks a lot for these who will help, and excuse me for my english (i'm french)

    Check this documentation - http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/...bix_agentd_win

    Basically you need check the config file, if the zabbix server IP exists on this file, same this:

    Server=[Zabbix Server IP]
    ListenPort=10050
    ServerPort=10052 (if you have a zabbix proxy) ou 10051 (if you have only zabbix server)
    Hostname={HOSTNAME}
    DebugLevel=3
    LogFile=C:\Program Files\Zabbix\Zabbix Agent\Logs\zabbix_agentd.log
    LogFileSize=1
    Timeout=3
    EnableRemoteCommands=1

      Don't forget the Firewall!

      Sorry for the late response but you should also check the Firewall.

      I also installed Zabbix on Windows (as a service), but I didn't get a notification that the firewall blocks the Zabbix agent.

      So I started Zabbix once manually, allowed it to pass through the firewall and now it is running properly.
