Windows SNMPD needed restarting

Hi,
We had a network outage recently and discovered several (> 20) windows hosts needed to have SNMPD service restarted to restore Zabbix 1.8.4 monitoring.

Why would this be the case?

I was able to use powershell to restart them all remotely

It happened again
The symptoms are false Dell OpenManage (OM) alerts
I restarted snmpd and the issue cleared for those 4 servers - but I still have no clue on the root cause
