I just installed Zabbix 1.0 on Debian Sarge. Everything works fine, but when it tries to send an email, the following message appears in zabbix_suckerd.log:
Error receivng answer on . request.
Error sending alert ID [2]
Can anybody help me?
Configuration (I tried localhost, too.):
Type: Email
SMTP server: soup.lan
SMTP helo: soup.lan
SMTP email: [email protected]
Alerts go to User Admin, address: [email protected]
Mailserver: netqmail 1.05 with smtp-auth-patch
