Email problem

Hi,

i've created 6 hosts (switches) and attached items + 1 trigger ("SwitchDown", same for all, a simple icmpping: ex: {SWITCH.1:icmpping[,3].last(0)}=0

I've also created an action with conditions:
Host group = "Network" AND
Trigger = "SwitchDown" AND
Trigger value = "PROBLEM"

When there is a problem with one switch (no answer to a ping request), i receive an email.
But, if two or more switches are down, i receive only one email too.

Somebody can help me?

Hi,

My problem was due to usage of condition Trigger = "SwitchDown" that is attached to a particular host (.6).
Now i use Trigger Description is like "SwitchDown" and all function.
