Only 1 trigger available in graph

I have 2 zabbix servers and the latest one I set up sometimes behaves a bit strange/unexpected.
For instance, if I look in latest data and open 'graph' for status, I will see only 1 trigger even though I have 2 triggers on that item.

My previous server doesn't have this problem....

Do you think I can somehow fix it or is it easier to setup a complete new zabbix environment and transfer the templates / hosts with export/import?

I decided to install a new (virtual) server from the ground up and imported the templates and the hosts....
This issue is cleared up.
Maybe the other issue with the strange behaviour of min() is now solved as well....
