I have a trigger for a web check in 1.8.4 that looks like this:

When I force the trigger to fail, I see that it goes from OK to problem, and then directly to "unknown" The 'duration' of the problem state is 0ms. I am attempting to use IT services, so the net result of this is the 'reason' column says 'search results page more than 10 seconds to load', however the 'status' column says 'OK' and the SLA is not being affected.
