Always... since 1.8.4 i am now on 1.8.6 we are still not in production, this is a test environment... So isnt critical we are however looking to push this into production in the next few weeks, thus my question and my upgrade to 1.8.6

How would i go about reporting as a bug? Is there a mantis page or some other bug reporting site?
