Zabbix Appliance

I need info to get the Zabbix Appliance. Here are a few question.
(a) Does the Appliance section is part of the install ?
(b) Do I need to do a different Download for the Appliance ?
(c) Where in the Manual I can read about the features of the appliances ?
(d) I need more info on the install of Zabbix Appliance ? OR Does Section 2 cover the Install of Zaqbbix and the Appliance is included ?

Zabbix Appliance is a opensuse virtuel machine running the zabbix server and a agent.

1) Download and install vmware player (on windows or linux)

2) Download zabbix :

or

3) Unzip zabbix

5) Run wmware player and "open a virtual Machine" -point to zabbix files (*.vmx)

6) Read this:

7) open a browser from your windows og linux "hosting" machine and point to your zabbix server ip adresse.
