Remote command does not work

I am using zabbix 1.8.6, but the remote command does not work.
Is this a bug? The config is done by the manual.
I cannot restart fast-cgi on my server if the connection with nginx fails.
Does the remote command works on your zabbix ?

check your agent config:
EnableRemoteCommands=1

if this is set to 0, no remote commands can´t be executed
