    Hi all,

I have Zabbix based on CentOS 6. I added GSM modem for sending SMS.
But it doesn't work. It show :

For more details please look here - from the zabbix GUI:
Administration - Audit - Choose "Actions" at the upper rigth
Maybe you also have to check zabbix server log or/and some linux logs.

      Hi Erik,

I show log of zabbix_server, it has no info about send sms.

You can open attach images to view more info.

I can send by AT command when log on minicom - GSM modem

      Sorry about my english.

      Thanks
      Cong

          Hi Cong
I do not know how to help you further. …
Seems like zabbix do some attempts to talk with your sms system but do not success.
          Maybe:
          - Turn debug on in zabbix server log?
          - Try to run your sms software as zabbix user? (permissions / path problem?)
          - Sms software log? / linux logs?
          - Try ask on the IRC zabbix forum.
          Br
          Erik

Is the GSM modem indeed on /dev/ttyS0? Is the right kernel module loaded?
Has user "zabbix" enought rights on that device?

              Hi 0siris,

I grant full permission on GSM modem to zabbix user
