Get active checks error:

Get active checks error: *** Cannot connect to [[192.168.1.20]:10051]: [0x0000274C] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

does anyone know how to fix this? telneting works fine both ways...
