    The server can't find agent machine

    Hi,everyone
    I configure a host by Zabbix web interface.
    The host name in Zabbix web interface is rcxm28.
    The following is agent confure file content.

    LogFile=/tmp/zabbix_agentd.log
    Server=10.32.51.29
    Hostname=rcxm28
    ListenIP=10.32.51.28

    When I started the agentd, the log file have a lot of errors,like following:

    7729:20111023:022644.107 No active checks on server: host [rcxm28] not found
    7729:20111023:022844.137 No active checks on server: host [rcxm28] not found
    7729:20111023:023044.180 No active checks on server: host [rcxm28] not found
    7729:20111023:023244.210 No active checks on server: host [rcxm28] not found
    7729:20111023:023444.244 No active checks on server: host [rcxm28] not found
    7729:20111023:023644.270 No active checks on server: host [rcxm28] not found

    The server log has errors also :
    9218:20111023:024445.425 Sending list of active checks to [10.32.51.28] failed: host [rcxm28] not found
    In the Hosts page,the Z icon in the Availability column is gray.The agent OS is CentOS 6.0,and the Server OS it CentOS 6.0 too.They are created in EXi5.0 platform.
    Can someone please help me?

      Exactly the same problem here, but with windows client.
      Any ideas?

          Can you specify if in the zabbix configuration the ip of rcxm28 is 10.32.51.28?

          Firewall on 10.32.51.28?

          Can they ping each other?
