Actually we want to use auto discovery system for add host and link template.
We have one discovery rule:
Ip range: 10.1.128.0/24
Delay: 1800
Checks: ICMP and Zabbix agent "host.type" (user param with shell command on agent)
Device uniqueness: Zabbix Agent
Status Active
We have a lot of Action that use host.type information
ie:
Received value like "FFMPEG-"
Discovery status = "Up"
Service type = "Zabbix agent"
Enable host
Link to template "Test_FFMPEG"
Add to group "host_ffmpeg"
Add host
Our problem is that this discovery rule is ok for more than 20 hosts but we have a little parts of our host that appear in black not green and for a lot of green hosts, we not have hostname and they not appear in configuration host.
We have check:
zabbix_get -s host -k system.hostname (ok for all host)
zabbix_get -s host -k system.uname (ok for all host)
zabbix_get -s host -k host.type (ok for all host)
