proc.num[] mismatch between data and graph

Hello everybody,

I have configured items to monitor several processes on a Windows host. All of them work properly except one.

It is configured as:

serverroc.num[DataGenerator.exe]

the alarm should rise when the host is not running any process with that name:

{serverroc.num[DataGenerator.exe].last(0)}<1

Well, the problem is that Zabbix rises the alarm even with the process being running.

I attach a PDF file so you can compare two items configured exactly the same way. "autocall.exe" works fine, but "DataGenerator.exe" doesn't.

¿why can this be happening?
