Asterisk monitorring for Zabbix

Does any one have any idea about how to make Zabbix configured to monitor asterisk for Quality of service and call of service like call congestion and call drop. I am looking for the conf. When call drops in asterisk i should come to know through zabbix or whenever the congestion occurs. Thanks
