we're currently researching if zabbix is the way to go for monitoring certain parameters of our virtual servers based on virtuozzo. We wish to use the zabbix agentd to collect all Parameters (ie ; network traffic ; memusage...etc..), but without the need of deploying a agentd on all the virtual servers. Since all information is available on the hardwarenode,I would like to know if someone already came up with a solution to impersonate each individual virtual server located on a hardware node, but through a single instance of zabbixd per hardwarenode.
We're already familiar with the use of UserParameter in agentd.conf, and were wondering if there's a possibility to use this for impersonated messages.
If it's not clear enough let me know and i'll try to explain this in more detail.
