No Actions for Events

If any trigger goes off, no alerts or notifications are sent. If i look at the "Events" page, i can see what trigger fired, but if i proceed to the "Actions" page, there are no listed actions.

I have specified actions for each trigger in my configuration page, but this started two days ago.

One error i did notice is on my "Actions" page i see under the error coloumn: Cannot connect to SMTP server [10.10.1.161] [Success]

But i have since fixed my SMTP server....and have tested a few mails, it works.

ANY HELP PLEASE?????

first, which version of zabbix you are running?

have you checked that you zabbix server could send emails to the mail server?
have you checked that the email server allows emails from zabbix?
have you checked that the email server will relay the mails?

please check the connection to the mail server with telnet <mail-server> 25

Am running 1.1 Beta 4

I have tested from Postfix, and i am able to send mail to myself.
How do i check if the Zabbix application can send emails?
This mail notification worked before, up until recently.

I have no idea what could have gone wrong
