how to show general Macros in "Action operations"

Hi,

I'm new of zabbix.
I configured Macros in Administrator->General->Macros , such as:
{$GLB_VALUE}=> 12345
...

and I want to use this value in "Action operations" to send a short message
how can i use this "GLB_VALUE" ? I have try to use "{$GLB_VALUE}"and "{GLB_VALUE}", but unfortunately it was wrong
