Can "zabbix_get" send remote command to a mornitored host by manually excution?

I just can't login my host by ssh, because a wrong operation that not permit remote root login, and I have no any other user that can "su -" to root after login.

Yes, that should be possible together with the item key:
system.run[command,<mode>]
(Remember that agent configuration file must have EnableRemoteCommands=1 option).
