Zabbix Server Log Entry NOT OK

One of my child node log files is showing the following entries every time that it send to the master. The master's log file shows no errors.

The NOT OK entry is weird. Any one seen this?

I have 1 master and 3 childs and still having trouble on two child nodes, causing the events are not to be synchronized to master. The log entry is the same.

Does anyone have an opinion on what may cause this situation?
