    How to avoid micro-outage?

Hello! Since a week I started to use zabbix, I learn a lot in this forums but right now I have a question. I'm monitoring a big network (work network) and I create successfully triggers to alert me about a host is down but if the host has a micro-outage I recieve the mail too (obviously) but, how to avoid this? is possible have a doble check with a triggers or something?

    Some options:
    - only make trigger active after 2 - 3 checks that fails (see eg. count trigger function)
    - dependencies on other triggers - see sec. 2.3
    - hysteresis (not first choise) - sec. 2.5
