Delete of unaccessible Hosts in DB

Hello!
We encountering the following entrys in /var/log/lskn/zabbix_server.log

Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.64] failed: host [smspdc02] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.65] failed: host [smspdc03] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.66] failed: host [smsweb01] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.67] failed: host [smsfps01] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.69] failed: host [smscit22] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.70] failed: host [smscit23] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.71] failed: host [smscit24] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.72] failed: host [smscit25] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.73] failed: host [smscit26] not found
Sending list of active checks to [xx.xxx.193.74] failed: host [smscit27] not found

All hosts cannot be accessed by search in web frontend.

What we want:
The hosts with domain "referenz.my.domain.de" can be deletet complete from DB.

The hosts without domain (e.g. smscit22) are known correct with domain "dmz.my.domain.de" too.
So only the hosts without the domain extension can be deletet complete from DB.

How can we do this ?

Hi Marcus,

as far as I know, you get this message, when an zabbix agent connects to the zabbix server and asks to update his monitors.
So as you correctly found out, those hosts are not known to the Server (yet).
To avoid this messages, either stop the Zabbix Agents on those Servers or add a host to the Zabbix Server.

Thx for the repy.
You're right. There are ZABBIX Agents configured with short hostname instead of fqdn and hosts connecting reference ZABBIX Server instead of production state.

I think my colleague has to change the ZABBIX Agent config :-)
