when update a template with many host, user can't login

We found when we update or upload a trigger template which combine with many host(say 100-300 host), system is running and the template updated successfully, but we found in the MYSSQL, there are many update SQL still keep running, most of them were updated the user audit log, and before we kill these update section, user can't login the zabbix, but it seams not impact to the login users.
So my question is how can we disabled the user audit when we update some trigger templates, or is it a system bug?
