Interface status

Hello,

I monitor Linux servers and I go back interface status (with SNMP).
Some returns the number 1 and number 2 others.
What does those numbers? 1 for UP and 2 for DOWN?

I recommend a mib browser to help you out with identifying values with snmp. This will also help you with building value maps in zabbix.

I am not sure if you are looking at ifAdminStatus or ifOperStatus
