Dynamic index stopped working : Cannot find index

Cannot find index [ifName] of the OID [ifInOctets["index", "ifName", "vlan"]]: Could not connect to ...

it worked in Dev, but when I exported it into QA zabbix stopped gathering data and showing above error message.

if that problem sounds familiar to you, can you please tell me how to get around that.
