Displaying items 1000+

Hello everyone,

I`m using zabbix 1.8.4 on RHEL 5.5 with MySQL 5.0.77

I have one host it contains 1098 items and 1094 triggers.
Well, today I noticed that zabbix (at least my 1.8.4 version) can display only first 1000 items.
The only way I managed to access items I needed was “Filter” option.
My question would be, is this normal behavior?
Are there any recommendations on how many item can/should handle one host?

Check Administration->General

I'm running Zabbix 2.0.0rc3, but I think what I'm about to tell you is in Zabbix 1.8.x.

Try checking under the "Administration"->"General" section. In the GUI option in the combo box there is a "Search/Filter elements limit" option. I can't remember for sure, but I THINK that the default for it is 1000. I've modified it from the default in my installation, so I could wrong on what the default is.

Try changing that value to 2000 and see if all your items/triggers show up after that.
