    UTF-8 problem

You say this happened to upload? Set the address, because it is smaller establishments: the file is saved in UTF-8 header charset UTF-8 and your hosting service UTF-8 charset, but FF is interpreted as ISO, then a something inappropriate. What you've saved as UTF-8 with a program that adds what is called the Board, in which three characters identify the file's byte order, which is caused firefox to read it wrong because it does not identify the type of encryption. Open the file in notepad + and look at the menu "Format". Save it as "UTF-8 without BOM".
