Hi!
I have multiple items on multiple hosts which i do not want to be active at certain times. I have configured a flexible interval for this, for example: 0 sec at 1-5,7:30-16:30
This works perfectly, but a new problem shows up, during the flexible interval period of 0 sec the item is visible in the 'queue'. Which is stupid because this is an expected situation, i configured it myself. Because i think it is important to know if there are items in the queue for a long period i configured an item and trigger to get notified about the number of items in queue. This results in notifications about the queue instead of notifications about the item i created the flexible interval for! In my opinion zabbix should not show the item in queue during its 0 sec flexible interval period.
1. Is this behaviour by design?
2. If not, is this a bug? I use zabbix 1.8.4
3. is there another way to keep an item quiet for certain periods?
Thanks for reading my post!
