OVF Virtual Appliance 1.8.12 problem

Hi,
I've just downloaded Zabbix_1.8_x86.i686-1.8.12.ovf.tar.gz and deploy to our vCenter. After power on I can follow boot proccess in console but I got no login prompt in the end. In http loggin screen I can see "ERROR: Table users is empty. Possible database corruption." error and some MySQL errors as "Table 'zabbix.users' doesn't exists".

I've downloaded Zabbix_1.8_x86.i686-1.8.12.vmx.tar.gz then and convert it by vConverter. It works OK.

It looks like OVF package is broken.

Hmmm. I've came back to OVF based VM console and login prompt is here
I'm able to login via http as well. It looks like system was setting tables and users for a quite long time after boot.
