    IT Service SLA Report always 100% Or 0%(inaccurate)

    Hi,

    I have just installed Zabbix 1.8.11 and monitoring my hosts with simple check seems Okay= icmpping[ , , , , ].

    I have a problem with the SLA Report as it is either 100% or 0% even when there lots of downtime, it is just inaccurate.

    Please see attached pictures for Error and all my config process including triger set as Disaster

    I will be glad for any form of assistance,

    You might have figured it out, but I believe you should remove the Uptime configuration. I believe that is used to force the SLA to be 100% during the period selected, in case you have standing maintenance or don't care about the service being up or down during certain periods of time.
